Cottage Life TV Channel Brand Identity

Cottage Life is a hybrid magazine and TV brand focused on weekend living, with themes spanning nature, home improvement, and cozy mysteries. I developed a visual identity system that captures this balance. Blending the earthy calm of the outdoors with a sense of curiosity and DIY charm. This brand direction includes colour palette, typography, and on-air graphics tailored to three editorial profiles: Nature, Mystery, and Home.

On-Air Assets

I developed a modular on-air system to support a diverse slate of programming under the Cottage Life brand. Each graphic element was designed to align with one of three editorial moods: Nature, Mystery, and Home Improvement. By pairing flexible templates with custom color profiles and textures, I created an ecosystem that feels both cohesive and adaptable across genres.

Escape the Ordinary

For Cottage Life promotional billboard campaign, the idea centered around the feeling of escaping the city and reconnecting with the things people crave most: cozy homes, mystery-filled nights, and the outdoors. The campaign positioned Cottage Life as an easy, everyday getaway. Through surreal city-to-cottage visual contrasts, each billboard highlighted one of the channel’s core content pillars: Nature, Mystery, and Home.

I developed the campaign creative and billboard designs, creating a cohesive visual system that balanced cinematic escapism with Cottage Life’s warm, inviting personality. The final materials were designed for high-impact outdoor placements and adaptable across transit, digital OOH, and social extensions.
